I would like to inform you my irrevocable resignation from my position as Quality Improvement Supervisor of PT. GGP.
It is a great opportunity working in PT GGP considering fact that I have no enough knowledge regarding my position and still giving me the chance to work at this company. I enjoyed with your company with great people around me but things wouldn't work out the way I want to be. That is why I'm leaving my position and take new challenges and phase of my career.

todays is satur(ated)day which I had summary of my work problem.
A week lately, there is some personal problem that stressing me out.
i think its become biger when there is some work problem that so cruel
I am tired of all thing about replacement in my job. Why its so cruel and always my job that always to be agitate. Not even a years--from replacement of coordinator-- there is request for personal replacement. I had enough tiredness to thinking about initial orientation, training, etc for new employee. Moreover, the replacement has indication of powerless than my employee now.
I had big hope with my exist employee because he is the most capable one to handlle various kind of jobs. And he can developped more to be great.
But, when i hear information that he searching a vacant in shift work, i had no idea. Moreover, the replacement is the employee from production section -more hopeless for me. Even, he is my kindergarten friend --that will be uncomfortable. Furthermore, i hear, he is lumbering-type. WOAH, that so perfect to destruction!
Admittedly, my employee had a will to change workplace bacause the monthly income is smaller than shifted work, sure. But, i had no idea what must i do when i must following my bos instruction to work in standard time, while the job area is so big.
I just had no idea about that matter. Should i let him more comfort without adding new employee?
I just need knowledged person!
Someday, because of all tiredness, i write a resignation letter draft. Maybe, it can be use one day.
